½ jar Foraged & Found Smoky Salsa Verde

¼ c. vegetable or fish stock (substitute water if you don’t have stock)

For Crema Verde:

4 oz. sour cream

1 tsp lime juice

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1 tsp Foraged & Found Smoky Salsa Verde

Method

Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the salsa and stock in a high-sided frying pan with a lid on medium heat until it simmers.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the fish filets. Spoon the simmer liquid over the fish. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low 10 - 12 minutes or until the fish is flaky.

Serve fish filet on a bed of steamed rice or quinoa, spoon simmer liquid generously over fish, and top with crema verde. Enjoy!
